Mr. Mustafa Kamal, Head of Learning & Development, has 8+ years of microfinance experience ranging from training to sales, new product, process and development training. Not only training he also worked in sales in MFI industry.

He has done his post-graduation in Training and Development from Indian Society Training and Development.

In the microfinance industry, he has worked with reputed companies such as SKS Microfinance, Vaya FinServ, Midland Micro fin, Save Microfinance.
